Secure payment
Your payment is handled through secure, encrypted connections. This page explains the payment methods we accept and the measures that protect your money and your data.
Payment methods
- Bank transfer (T/T) — recommended for vehicle purchases and the usual method for deposits and balances.
- Card payments — Visa and Mastercard, processed by a regulated payment provider.
- PayPal — available for eligible orders and smaller amounts.
- Local online payment methods — where available for your country, shown at checkout.
The methods available for your order are displayed when you place it. Bank details are only ever sent to you directly by our team, in writing.
How your data is protected
- This website uses TLS/SSL encryption, so the information you send is transmitted securely.
- We do not store your full card number or security code. Card data is processed by our payment provider, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
- Access to your order information is limited to staff who need it to process your order.
Reducing the risk of fraud
Please note the following before paying:
- We only send bank details from our official email address services@wa91.com.
- If you receive a message asking you to pay to different bank details, do not pay: contact us first to verify.
- Always check that the beneficiary name matches the company stated in your order confirmation or proforma invoice.
- We will never ask for your card PIN, your online banking password, or a one-time code by email or phone.
Deposits and balances
A deposit reserves the vehicle. The balance is due before loading, as stated in your order confirmation. All payments are recorded on your invoices.
Refunds
Where a refund is due under our terms, we return it by the same method used for payment, or by bank transfer, within 10 working days of agreement. Any bank charges on the refund are deducted unless the refund results from our error.
