Delivery of your vehicle
WA91 exports used cars and commercial vehicles from China to customers worldwide. This page explains how your order is prepared, shipped and handed over.
Shipping methods
All vehicles are shipped by sea, using one of two methods:
- Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off) — the most economical option for running vehicles.
- Container (20GP / 40HQ) — recommended for high-value or non-running vehicles, and for orders that include spare parts. Loading is supervised and photographed.
We ship from the main Chinese ports, including Tianjin, Shanghai, Ningbo, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
Order and hand-over process
- You confirm the vehicle and the shipping terms (FOB or CIF) with our team.
- You pay the deposit to reserve the vehicle; the balance is due before loading.
- We inspect the vehicle, prepare the export documents and deliver it to the port.
- Loading, export declaration and departure are documented with photos and the Bill of Lading.
- We send you the documents so you can clear customs at destination.
Transit times
Delivery takes 7–30 days after payment. The exact sailing time depends on the ports involved:
- Middle East and South Asia: about 7–15 days
- Africa and Southeast Asia: about 12–20 days
- Europe and Latin America: about 20–30 days
These figures are the total time from payment to arrival at the destination port. Customs clearance and inland transport at destination are not included.
Costs and Incoterms
- FOB — price covers the vehicle and delivery on board at the Chinese port. Ocean freight, insurance, import duties and destination charges are paid by the buyer.
- CIF — price also covers ocean freight and insurance to the destination port agreed in the contract.
Import duties, taxes, port handling and customs clearance in the destination country are always the buyer's responsibility. Please check your local import regulations before ordering.

- Bill of Lading (B/L)
- Export customs declaration
- Certificate of Origin (on request)
- Photos and video of the vehicle before loading
Inspection and receiving
Any vehicle can be inspected in China before loading, by you or by a third-party company you appoint. We provide photos, video and walkaround video calls on request. Please inspect the vehicle at destination and note any damage on the carrier's document before signing. Shipping damage must be reported to the carrier and to us within the period allowed by the carrier's terms.
